We currently ship to all U.S. addresses, including:

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

  • U.S. territories

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer FREE international shipping to most countries worldwide.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local carrier operations.

ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT TIME

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after purchase.

Processing includes:

  • Payment verification

  • Order confirmation

  • Preparation and fulfillment scheduling

  • Handover to the shipping carrier

Please note that processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, promotional events, or inventory restocking.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Once your order has been processed and fulfilled, estimated delivery times are as follows:

STANDARD SHIPPING (FREE)

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 14–20 business days

  • Delivery time begins after fulfillment, not at the time of purchase

  • Delivery estimates may vary based on fulfillment volume, destination, carrier performance, customs clearance, and other factors beyond our control

Please allow up to 27 business days total (processing + transit) before contacting us regarding a delayed order.

  • Shipping information

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • A tracking link

Please note:

  • Tracking updates may take 3–7 business days to appear after shipment

  • Tracking activity may be limited or delayed during transit


DELIVERY DELAYS & DISCLAIMERS

Shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays or peak seasons

  • Factors outside our control

Soursop Sip is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or unforeseen logistical disruptions.


INCORRECT ADDRESS OR DELIVERY INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect address details

  • Address changes are only possible before fulfillment

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, address changes are no longer possible.


PACKAGE NOT RECEIVED

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors, household members, or building management

  2. Check around your delivery location

  3. Allow up to 48 hours for delivery completion

We will review the situation and assist accordingly.


DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR ISSUE WITH ORDER

If you experience an issue with your order (including damage, incorrect item, or other concerns):

LOST PACKAGES

An order may be considered lost if:

  • Tracking shows no movement for an extended period

SHIPPING LIABILITY NOTICE

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier:

  • Delivery responsibility lies with the carrier

  • Soursop Sip is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.


PEAK SEASON & HIGH-DEMAND PERIODS

During sales, holidays, or high-demand periods:

  • Processing and delivery times may be extended

  • Tracking updates may be delayed

DIGITAL EBOOK

  • Digital ebooks are delivered via email

  • Ebook delivery occurs within 20 days after the primary item is marked as delivered

If you do not see the ebook email:

  • Allow the full 20-day delivery window before contacting support


IMPORTANT NOTES
